The Byrum Law Offices is a general practice firm. Our forte and experience has been in the field of litigation of various types. Litigation is not always the best route to solve your legal problems, however. Sometimes attorneys need to "think outside the box" in order to best assist their clients. A 2 person law firm, we don't endeavor to work on matters which would best be resolved with a large staff. Accordingly, we don't tend to involve ourselves in real estate closings, complex transactional work, patent and trademark registration, and the like. We choose not to involve ourselves in domestic relations or juvenile matters.
We find that we best serve our clients when we can focus individual attention to our clients' individual problems. We view ourselves as either problem solvers or problem avoiders - depending upon when our clients call upon us to assist them.
